I strive to make sure that all my customers are happy. This means that if there is a problem with your purchase I will address the issue in a timely manner, usually within an hour of receiving an email for support. Please send support email to [email protected] regarding your order or use my contact form on my support page.
If you purchased a photo and did not receive a download link I will send you a link manually via email. Please contact me and let me know if you have this issue.
If you received the photo and require a different file type than what is provided I will email you the file type needed.
Purchase with confidence knowing that I am here to help if you have any problems. If I cannot address the problem I will send you a refund for the amount purchased. Please note that any refund will void image usage rights of my photos for commercial or personal use.
